I am a Siebel certified Consultant with over twelve (12) years of experience working with Siebel, CRM OnDemand and Business Intelligence applications. For the past ten (10) years, I have been focusing exclusively on the Siebel application suite, first as a Siebel trainer and subsequently through participation in multiple Siebel engagements. Description:
Lead Siebel Business Analyst working with internal staff to produce functional design documents for 1,000-seat SFA implementation. Worked closely with technical team to perform gap analysis of business requirements. Successfully implemented the enterprise selling process (ESP) and target account selling (TAS) modules for account planning and opportunity management. Acted as Siebel Application Architect for 10-week engagement. Siebel EAI developer in charge of the Design, Developement and implementation of the interfaces between SAP customer web portal and Siebel systems. Use of Siebel web services to query, create and update CRM data from SAP (user and account profile, service requests, customer fleet).

2005-2007: Siebel Sales 7.8 Implementation - Provider of IT solutions to travel industry
Description:
(1) Led the upgrade of a Siebel 7.0.4 sales implementation to Siebel 7.8. In charge of Siebel sales application design and various configuration tasks. Provided impact analysis on all EIM interfaces and on the daily data export to the data warehouse. Assisted IT departments of 30 countries in facilitating the upgrade of their interfaces
(2) Led and successfully completed the pilot implementation for account synchronization with SAP and display of SAP contract information through Siebel VBC.
(3) Helped customer to prepare new Siebel application releases: analyzed business requirements, wrote specifications and test scenarios. Performed tests and managed defects. Provided support to end users and development team.
(4) Implemented CRM analytics systems with BusinessObjects. Led and successfully completed the design of the BusinessObjects sales universes for account, activity and sales pipeline analysis. Closely worked with Data warehouse and ETL teams.

Business Analyst. Led the design of an in-house CRM module for customer profile and sales visit management. Took part in various workshops with key international business players. Siebel business analyst working with internal staff to produce functional design documents for Opportunity, Quote and Contract management. Organized workshops with key business players to understand the business processes and propose solutions. Implemented real-time interface with legacy system (IBM AS400) to generate insurance quotes and contract modifications using outbound web services.
